With the help of the members of this forum ...
There are many more Saturno owners here than in France
can you do a poll?
I do it on the French forum.
we are several interested in the complete set tank rubber

Luca is certainly not interested: not or some saturno in Italia with few kilometers.

Hello Ju,
Thanks for the initiative.
Due to the prices, I am not really sure, whether there will be lots of interest...
Regarding the footrest rubbers:
Are you aware of this thread: http://gileraclub.de/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=9058
There is an STL-file, ready for 3D printing
Regards,
Christian

Yes i know, but a part printed in 3d with rubber wire is too hard, there is nothing below 80-90 shore B.
test done with my boss's printer.
We have several people interested here in France

Re: Neues aus -auf Wunsch des Beitragserstellers geloescht-, Saturno Tank Gummis
i have a roll of this stuff here
https://www.bavaria-filaments.com/produ ... ft-schwarz
Thought for printing rubber seals for loudspeaker chassis.
I will try also the Saturno parts....
when i have time for this
At the moment i'm happy the printer is working.
First all the PLA parts i have planed to print, then all the other things
I'm not shure if the weak stuff will print, because i still have a short bowden pipe.
Maybe i will first have to move to a real direct extruder. Parts are here i only have to print the new carrier.
ciao Joachim

Cool, I hope this will work, because the parts in my quote are so overpriced!
But I still have demand so if you succeed I will make you an even bigger order

Re: Neues aus -auf Wunsch des Beitragserstellers geloescht-, Saturno Tank Gummis
i only have small experince in printing
At the moment i only have printed PLA
I tried to print the Saturno rubber bushings one time with my TronXY printer.
But only the harder TPU stuff. You may find a picture with the ugly green parts
Prints not very well and the support structures are very hard to remove.
I have still not tried the weak stuff i bought
But i will do... sometimes

Re: Neues aus -auf Wunsch des Beitragserstellers geloescht-, Saturno Tank Gummis
About twenty Saturno owners contacted in France, hardly any interested in the footrest rubbers and no one for those of the tank, too expensive (not false).
I will look for other cheaper solutions (for the tank), like -auf Wunsch des Beitragserstellers geloescht-:
