I think it is available through the Gilera Historical Register in Italy. Could also try posting for info on

Hi Paul,
I doubt if the Storico register got this shirt. In 2009 (centenaire) I went to Arcore and also been in the office of the Gilera club there.
I've seen many different shirt there but not this one.
