I am looking for suggestions for track day tyres for my Saturno. At the moment I am running Michelin Hi Sports which are OK but they are an old type of tyre and the rear is a 150 section which fits on alright but gives the wrong profile; ideally I would like to go back to the 140 section rear to get the correct profile. Any ideas?
Also, any recommendations for a heat resistant paint that looks close enough to the original factory finish of the front exhaust pipe? I have tried most of the supposed high temperature paints on the market but in spite of carefull preparation, they all start to blister or discolour at the hot spots of the pipe i.e. at the front bends and some areas of the joining Y piece.
All suggestions welcome,
Thanks
Saturno 500 Bialbero Tyres and exhaust (header) pipe paint.

Thanks for the suggestion for the Bridgestone tyre, I'll look into that one.
In the meantime, I have come across a ceramic coating called Zircotec, which looks promising for the header pipe but I have a feeling the cost is going to be quite high!
Best regards,
