Finally Gilera workshop manual it's mine!
About 400 pages for all 125 cc models (APTS and APTS 2; from Gilera KK/KZ to Gilera Crono, CX and GFR) and 200 cc models......
Now I've a lot to read and.... a lot to do!!!!
I've find new spare parts in a seller near Milan!

Hi my friends!

Just to say that I'm not dead!
A lot of job make me too busy!

But..... I think that next tuesday evening I'll be ready to take a part my oil-loser engine....
And with the engine completely open to change gaskets.... NEW ROD and drive shaft-BEARINGS !!!!

Hi everybody!

.... and so.... I've taked a part engine!
About 5 hrs of work....
I've a little free time and I've anticipated works at the tuesday morning (and afternoon...)!

Well.... It's not very easy.... I had to stay calm and patient!
But finally I've see the light!!!!!
Rod in my hands!!!!
Cool!
Now I'm waiting for new new rod mounted on engine shaft!

And we go again!

Bad news!

I've started reconstruction of engine of my XR1.....
Very well! New ball bearings fitted......
.... and then new gaskets....

No! New gaskets don't fit! It's restricted! It's short!

I've put a lot of grease to soften it..... but nothing!
And now I'm looking for a new set of gaskets!

And the time goes on!:?

Uff!!!! Damnation!

I've found new gaskets set for my XR1.....

But it's near Bergamo.... and I'll be able to go take it just this saturday.....

Hi Joachim!

Yes, "Viemme" it's the name of a big company specialized in bikes spare parts.

I go here for "Dell'Orto" spare parts, "SKF" Ball bearings, cylinder polishing operation and new rod, new piston and their assembly.
Well it's comfortable have it near my home, but usually, for Gilera spare parts, I go to other companies, that have spare parts of no more recent bikes....

Hi everybody!

Damnation!

I've not again engine gaskets!!!! I've no time now to take it near Bergamo!
Just this saturday I'll be able to go take it.....
...and after I'll go to NOVEGRO EXPO to looking for other spare parts for my Gilera XR1 and my Fantic Caballero!

New engine gaskets!!!!!
Finally!

Now I can re-start to rebuilt my powerful engine!!!!!

Hi guys.......
What a terrible day......
What a f....king disaster.....
This afternoon I've start to re-built my engine.....

Well.... I've inverted ball bearings position (left and right, size C4 and C5)!
And again....., after that, my gear box now it's blocked.... I think that desmodromic cylinder it's not in right position....
Uff I've made 2 mistakes!!!!!

Now I must to leave out ball bearings..... and buy new gaskets for crankshaft!
I wanna cry......

Hi everybody!
I'm going crazy!
Restoration works are stopped.....
Actually I've not time to do nothing!!!!
And instead I've my engine open and with two assembly mistakes to repair!!!!
AAAAAAHHHGGG!!!!
But..... I've found an other brand new couple of ball bearings..... and I've buyed other new gaskets for crankshaft.....
Yes.... I'm going crazy.....
