Hello,
I fixex a new exhaust pipe to my friend rc-600. It was a Laser enduro something...real good a sound!! Originally for ka****ki klr650??
Do you know if there is some needs to do any mods for carb settings? Rise a needle, bigger main jet, bigger idle jet...etc. Any recommendation?
How about K&N air filter, any sence or not?
Regards,

I' have noticed that taking out the rubbon tube of cove of the filter box, it is possile to get a little difference at the middle range of engine (4000-5000) and a better sound of breathing.
More, if you change the filter with a more breathable one, I think is better to put a 3 - 6 /°° mm bigger main jet, and to put a 1 mmm distance in the pin of the carb.
Anyway yuo must do more attempts to find the right solution.
